Munduk Harvest Palace

Above the Clouds, Where Home Meets Horizon.

Munduk Harvest Palace sits on two hectares of hillside above the village of Munduk, in the highlands of North Bali — roughly 1,200 metres above sea level, where the air runs cool (18–27°C) and the mist rolls through most mornings. It’s a forty-five-minute drive from the seaside town of Lovina, and a world away from the crowds further south.

This is a whole-home retreat — four bedrooms across two wings, built for a family, a group of friends, or a couple who’d rather have the whole hillside to themselves. A personal butler looks after the house around the clock, available whenever you need them.

The house is built around a kitchen with an adjacent, roofed outdoor dining area — as much a gathering point as any of the wings. Just off it, a hillside patio is set aside for yoga and meditation, for whoever wants a quiet start to the day.

Evenings here can be as simple as the fire pit, or as involved as you’d like: a torch-lit dinner in the garden, a Balinese cooking class, a spa treatment, or a traditional purification ceremony led by a local priest. Our staff live locally and know the mountain well — ask them where to find the waterfall with no one else on the trail.
